Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the slotsmy platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

To access the full range of slotsmy services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account.

- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Permitted Use
Users may use the slotsmy platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. All activities must comply with the applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Accessing the games and betting options provided
- Depositing and withdrawing funds via approved methods
- Contacting customer support for legitimate assistance
Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following on the slotsmy platform, without exception:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Disrupting, damaging, or obstructing the operation of the platform
- Cheating, manipulating outcomes, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership
- Using illegally obtained funds for any transaction
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the slotsmy platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and have been obtained lawfully.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via the methods listed on the platform, including FPX, TNG E-Wallet, and local bank transfers in RM. slotsmy reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing any transaction. Minimum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering policies. slotsmy reserves the right to hold withdrawals while verification is in progress. All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account registered under the user's name.
Slotsmy is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Should any discrepancy or transaction issue arise, users must contact support within 30 days of the transaction date. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and applicable regulatory compliance.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Slotsmy Liability Limits
Slotsmy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
- Data loss resulting from unavoidable technical failures
- Unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence
Slotsmy's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Slotsmy reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Suspected or confirmed fraud or attempted fraud
- Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Activities suspected to be related to money laundering
In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation process, provided there are no outstanding claims or unresolved issues.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, brand names, and visual elements on the slotsmy platform are the intellectual property of slotsmy or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written consent from slotsmy.

The slotsmy platform may contain links or references to third-party services. slotsmy is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Terms Amendments
Slotsmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
